TMNCorp, a full-service communications firm located in Silver Spring, Maryland, is looking for an experienced mid-level social media/digital communications professional to create innovative social marketing and public relations campaigns through social media platforms. This is an ???as needed?? position that has potential to turn into a full-time position.

In this role this person will be responsible for the following:
??? Oversee all phases strategic social media/digital campaigns including project planning, research, design, content development, implementation, monitoring and reporting
??? Monitoring implemented social media and online marketing strategies
??? Building new social media presences & expand existing ones
??? Incorporating social media/digital and online marketing strategies into larger plans
??? Identify and set key metrics and provide metrics on a regular basis

This person will work closely with account managers and team members to produce effective integrated campaigns for our government, non-profit and corporate clients. He/She is expected to expand TMN?s social media/digital communications capabilities, monitor and stay up to date on the latest trends and lead the social media/digital component of new business pitches.

Qualifications
??? Bachelor?s degree with 3-5 years of related experience in the social media/digital communications space
??? Experience and strong grasp of digital strategy, design, production and project management to leverage social media
??? Solid comprehension of digital tactics and the role played within a larger, integrated communications campaign as well as understanding of marketing research and communications planning
??? Strong online presence (Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, YouTube, etch)
??? Knowledge of SEO and paid search (experience preferred)
??? Experience with online paid campaigns (Google, Bing, Facebook, etc)
??? Ability to generate, analyze and explain key web and social media metrics
??? Understanding of emerging technology and trends, and how to best align content, technology and user needs
??? Excellent writing skills

The ideal candidate will have relationships with bloggers and proven knowledge and experience with user-generated media, online social networks, and front and back-end programming.
